All clients are valued and greatly appreciated! In order to provide the very best possible service to current and future clients we strictly adhere to the following policies.

*A $30 non-refundable booking fee is required on the day of booking to secure appointments. Fee will go toward service. If appointment is cancelled/ no show, fee cannot be refunded.

*If reschedule is necessary please notify us at least 24 hrs. prior to appointment time. If less than 24 hrs. prior, original fee is forfeited and another booking fee will be required to reschedule.

*If more than ONE reschedule is needed for the same appointment, original booking fee is forfeited and another fee will be required to reschedule.

*If appointment reminds are NOT confirmed and no communication is received with intent to keep an appointment within 24 hrs, the appointment will be canceled. Booking fee will be forfeited and another booking fee will be required to book another appointment.
